Created in 1995, in collaboration with the French SHERPA, the horse association "Merens Aquitaine" unites stockbreeders and users of the Mérens horse in our region.

The goal of  the association is to promote the breed and to introduce it to the general public.

Promote the breed producing and raising subjects chosen for their gentle character and their level of education.We try to valorize the breed in many disciplines and mostly competition and especially for leisure.

We invite you to meet  our breeders and discovring our small black horse and our association's activities.
